Professional Services – Customer Experience Department, reporting to Customer Experience Manager
To support our growth, we are looking to recruit an engaging Customer Experience Specialist who will work closely with our clients to drive their success. You will be trained on our event app and will be a resident expert on our corresponding Content Management System, Backstage. You will be training and supporting our clients during their onboarding experience, and collaborate with them on projects in order to maximize our Services added value.
This is an entry level position.
